Codi Hatfield-Gambino, Assistant Operations Manager - B.Sc.

Codi has been with Diamond Head’s operations crew since 2021, and a Crew Lead since 2023. She was promoted to Assistant Field Operations Manager in August of 2024. Codi has a degree in Environment and Sustainability Geography from the University of British Columbia, where she specialized in Biogeography. This sparked her interest in biodiversity, conservation, and ecology. In her position as Crew Lead on the operations team, Codi has gained hands-on experience in the field managing invasives, planting native species, and conducting restoration projects. She now assists in managing the operations team, communicating with clients, and administrative work. 

Codi grew up in the Colorado Rocky Mountains where her love for and commitment to the environment first came about.
