Camille Lefrançois, Manager - Environmental Planning Division - MCIP, RPP, M.Sc. (Planning), B.A.&Sc. (Environment)
Camille Lefrançois is an environmental planner specializing in strategic planning, policy and community engagement. Her interest in natural systems and access to nature led her to study environmental science and urban planning. Camille is a registered professional planner who collaborates with local governments to develop, evaluate and update environmental and urban forest strategies, policies and regulations. She is involved in green space and parks and trail planning work as well as community engagement on a wide range of environmental planning projects. In recent years, she has managed projects with municipalities and regional governments of Victoria, North Saanich, Metro Vancouver and the Sunshine Coast Regional District and collaborated on work with cities across Canada and the US, including Calgary, Winnipeg and Bellingham. Camille looks forward to continuing her work to support community dialogue on the management of natural assets and improving access to green space large and small across communities.
